December 2008 2008 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Cancelled

12/2 CRT 2:10
12/4 Boma 5:30

Pop Warner Football is normally the first weekend in December. Don't know if it changed or anything.

just an experiment.. what if we used a google spreadsheet that is open for editing? I threw one together to see how it goes. This one is just for 12/1-12/16 to experiment. I can add the rest of the month if people like it.

Instructions:
go to this link spreadsheet
Enter the restaurant, time, and your username all in one cell under either wanted or available for the relevant date.

For example, if I have an ADR for 5 at Ohana's available for trade on 12/2, I would type the following in one cell under 12/2:
"Ohana's 12:15 (5) want to trade for CM bkfst 12/1 TanaL"

Type quickly and then hit "save and close" and re-open to make sure it saved properly. You don't want to have it open for a really long time and then type and save... I'm not sure how it will handle multiple entries at once.

This spreadsheet idea is AWESOME! Thanks Tana L for the great idea! I posted several ressies that I need to cancel for Dec. 6-12. We are moving our vacation back a week so that my husband's parents can go with us. I hope this helps some people. I also posted a request for Ohana's on Dec. 20th.

Please don't add lines to the spreadsheet and push others down just so your "wants" can be at the top. I know we all have our hopes that we'll get what we're looking for, but I think it's bad form to force others down the list just to force yours to the top.

It made more sense to me to pay oop for the other 3 meals, rather than upgrading to dxdp.
Does that make sense?

I did last year. I'd price out DxDDP and paying out of pocket. This year we did DxDDP and went to dinner shows and did things we'd never pay out of pocket for. BF and I will be doing DxDDP this December because we know we need 3 meals a day with how long the parks are open and stuff. Deciding DDP vs Dx is all a math thing. Price it out and see how it works for you.
