December 2008 2008 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Cancelled

I have a CP package for 5 at LeCellier for December 17 at 2:30 for the 5pm show. I also have a reservation at LeCellier for December 24th for 2 at 8:50. Would like to trade for LeCellier for 2 on December 17.

I have been checking daily for 1900 Park Fare, Le Cellier or O'hana for Dinner anytime December 13th for my daughter and I. If anyone has any interest please let me know as I haven'y had any luck getting one yet! I hate booking under day 180! I am such a planner and it stresses me out to try and do things at the last minute! If anyone plans to cancel please let me know as I would be grateful.

Sure! I will def post here before I make any cancellations - I'd love to help people out. I tried to get breakfast at 3 places today for any morning of our entire trip and it was a no go, I can't believe how booked everything seems!

Just wondering here...do your party size have to be the same size as the party cancelling to try to get and/or trade a ressie? I've tried for a few cancellations that have been posted and they aren't available...NOW-I know they could possibly be taken I realize that but one CM I talked with said that availablity for a party of 5 wouldn't show up if a party of 6 was cancelled-does that make sense?
I was just wondering how that worked for sure?

Sorry I neglected that. The only party size that I have for trade are party of4. Narcoossees is 11/28 at 8:40 & California Grill is 11/30 at 8:00.

I have the Gulliver's grill in party of 7 on 12/4 at 7:25 (it's the inlaws that want a character meal & rose & crown- last minute- of course), so I have to ask for them in sizes anywhere from 4-7 people.

Party sizes do make a difference. One time I called to let Dining know we would have a smaller group than expected and they wanted me to make a new ADR that would have been much later. So, I kept the ADR and told the CM at the podium that we lost some of our group.
But, when I scored the recent ADR at Boma, I asked for a party of two or four and they only had one for a party of four, so I took that one since we do have friends who wanted to join us.

I just wanted to let you all know that I just called for a Candlelight Processional package on 12/14 & they had openings for both the 6:45 & 8:15 shows. (I didn't check the 5:00 show.) Toyko Dining was the only Tier 3 available, but all of the Tier 2 restaurants were available. Just thought I let you know, in case someone's still trying to book that day.

I have ressies for lunch at LTT at 1:50 on 12/14 that I will probably be canceling, but I am assuming that you are looking for dinner so you can see characters?

I just got CP at 4:05 that day. My boys are 16 and 18, but I decided we need at least ONE character meal. Also, my brother and his family were just there, and the decor makes for some great holiday pictures.

Are you going to MVMCP that night? We will be there~

I now have a LeCellier lunch reservation for 3 on Thursday, December 18 at 11:35 that I will be canceling. If anyone wants it, let me know!

I also still have the 50's Prime Time Cafe reservation that I will be canceling as well. It is for Tuesday, December 16 at 6:30 p.m. for 3.

Still looking for Liberty Tree Tavern around 4:00 p.m. for 3 on Sunday, December 14!

I have Garden Grove at the Swan 12/3 at 5:10 for 4. They have Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale. I ended up getting a ressie for CM and will be cancelling this one soon.
