Okay, someone help! I just called and asked if the public codes were out. The rep said yes, do you want to see if you can apply one to your existing reservation? I said, YES. Then she asked me for the code!! I don't know one! Someone help!! Please.

I've been on hold for over an hour, and I need to leave for work. I have an existing package and the dates fall within the timelines. Should I try back this evening and have them put the code on my ressie or should I continue to hold?

She just called me back. Said she is still having problems with her computer but that the code is valid for my reservation ( how does she know this is her computer isn't working) so now I have to wait for her to call back again.

OK, I don't know how TA's do what they do. Mine is on a Disney vacation right now but she still sent me an email. I sent an email early yesterday about the AP rates. (I was nervous - first time using a TA) She sent one back late last night that it's covered and that I'm all set with the discount.

I'm at Pop during MF. How did she do that? I'm tickled pink but curious. Do TA's have a back door into Disney? I'm using my TA for all of my future Disney trips, that's for sure!

I called back and it finally worked. I saved 258.80. Funny thing he said the last time I visited according to the computer was in OCt of 71. I wasn't even born then. He thought that was funny.

I'm on hold 20 mins now. Wish I had called my TA first - my reservation is through AAA but parents is direct so I'm on hold to apply code to parents and then I'll call AAA.
