Okay we are going December 2-9 and can't decide between YC or Poly. I'm so torn about the AP we always buy one but I'm not sure now if we should. I have to run the numbers. 9-11 we will be at Hard Rock. We will also have our Lime Green ears out on the door so if anyone wants to stop by and say Hi please do!

IF They are to come out they won't be out until the end of August. I wouldn't suspect there be any though. They haven't released any codes as of yet this year so its unlikely.

The free dining wasn't extended. They just offered it again. The first time around it was for check ins up to October 4th.

We're going too but are staying off-site as of right now unless i can get a superb deal at either WL or AKL. Anyone help?? I really want to stay on-site. We're going Dec 10-17.

Codes are basically just discounts on rooms, food, or tickets. For example, the free dining plan code for most of us is YMP (or something like that). Sometimes they're offered to the general public, sometimes just Annual Pass holders, sometime just Florida residents, etc. The codes can be offered via email to just certain people, or publicly in newspapers, websites, etc.

I see free dining is back. This is good news for us, in my opinion, because it means that not enough people were interested in it the first time around so they're offering it again. Hopefully they'll offer it again in December in order to increase interest even more. Still hoping...

I just booked AKL for Dec 9-13 at $129/night (pre-tax) with the AP best rate program.

Not to get anyones hopes up but last year Disney annouced discount codes the last weekend in August or beginning of September that covered up to December 24th. If you checked in prior to that date and stayed after that date your rate remained at the discounted rate. However, I believe these rates were for AP holders and FL residents only. The rates were incredible though. I'm waiting as patiently as possible for two trips in December -- one in early Dec for MVMCP and then for Christmas itself. Happy Holidays everyone.

Hi there, I just went on to look at the best rate program and it didn't give me that rate for the AKL for Dece 5-10. I wonder why? And every other resort i picked didn't show up. Weird.

You may have to play around with different dates. Try adjusting your dates by a day or 2; try 4 nights instead of 5, or 5 instead of 6, for instance. Sometimes, if one of your nights isn't available, your whole ressie comes up as unavailable, or at a higher rate. Try different combinations and see if you have better luck!

My husband and I are going to go on our Disney vacation December 14-24. I think that's what it is. We are playing around with the dates. We are tempted to go over Christmas and stay till the 29th or so since our 2 year anniversary will be on Dec 28th! I want to go to MVMCP but I don't want to go if It's going to be too crowded!!
