Anyone else counting down the days?? We have 21 days till we get to Cindy's castle again and all of the Princess's! We are so so anxious. This is our first time going to Disney while it's decorated for Xmas. Dec 7th- Dec14th.....according to Tourguide Mike and some other sites..it shouldn't be crowded. What do you all think? We gone in Sept...it was dead, and we went last Jan, it was even less crowded, DD and Dh rode dumbo 5x before they had to get off anf on again.

So, how are early Dec crowds?

This is our first trip in Dec. too!!! Can't wait! Glad to hear Tourguide Mike says it won't be crowded. I know Pop Warner cheerleaders will be there- but from what I've read they won't affect park attendance- I hope that is true! I checked resort availability for Dec. 5-11 (my dates) this morning- all values are booked along with POR- where the cheerleaders are staying. The rest of the resorts have availability- except Poly I think. So that is a very good sign! I can't wait to experience Disney in the Christmas season!!!

We are arriving in Orlando on the 11th. I've been a few times in early December and its not been crowded. There are more people on the weekends. Its really beautiful make sure you check out the resorts.

DW and I are counting the days...since our counter started at 295 days!!! This is our second Dec trip in a row but felt like a WDW Christmas Time rookie last Dec even though we have been 10 times!!! Did a lot more research for this trip and hope to catch all the Christmas stuff we missed last year.

Doing CP on 12/3 and MVMCP on 12/5.

17 days, here! I've heard it is the slowest time of the year, but it seems like half the DIS board is going to be down there that week!

I don't care HOW busy it is, I really don't. I will be in WDW and not here, that's all that matters!

A bad day at Disney is better than a good day at home!

18 more days until we are checking into SOG! We've been to WDW many times, but this is our first time in December........

Can't wait to see everything decorated for the holidays.

Gee, I hate to share this but another thread has been discussing crowds and there are practically no rooms available for the 10-13.

Mousefest is also going on so that might add to the crowds...looks like that weekend will be very crowded!

Still, I cannot imagine it will be like summer...although we were there in September and were schocked to find MK and EPCOT very crowded...I could hardly believe it and I'd planned the days thinking it would be quiet

Doesn't sound like it;s going to be typically quiet that week...but at least we'll all be there together!

I have been twice in Dec during Mousefest and it wasnt crowded. We really didnt have a wait for anything I can think of. Though if you have a particular restaurant like Cindys or someplace thats popluar I would recommend making ps.
We will be there Dec 7-12. MVMCP on the 7th & 9th.

Early December is usually not crowded. The good thing about going in December to me is that even if it is crowded, just looking at the beautiful decorations makes it worth while. I hope everyone has a safe and merry christmas!!
