That is horrible that someone would take your FE! I know they are not expensive but i still would have been livid. Good thing you shared about the zip ties I wouldnt have even considered that. Thank you.

I've had a ton of fun reading this thread. So excited for the cruise. The days are finally moving. It sounds like everyone has big plans for this awesome trip. So I have a question... this is my husband's first cruise, my third. What are some things that guys like to do on the ship (besides eat). I'd like to book something special for him. I was able to get a Palo brunch for us, but just curious as to what the guys do onboard.

My husband always books the Rain Forest at the spa...he loves it and books for the whole week with unlimited visits! He also does the gym thing and spends his "relaxing" time just chilling on the deck or on the veranda! I even got him to go to Bingo once...short lived but once was a success!

I will certainly zip ours from now on as well! So disheartening that someone would take a personalized item like that! Darn thieves! Wheres a cop when ya need one? LOL!

Thanks BlazerK91! I planned on booking the rainforest for myself, so I'll get us both passes for the week. You can't book that in advance can you? I was looking for it online and didn't see it.

We'll be using our old FE that also has a pocket for our son. However, he is not going on this trip.
I'm just not ready to buy another one with just the three of us on it
So just a heads up that we really only have 3 in our cabin.

Maybe we'll safety pin his pocket closed?

Hi Virginia! Since your DD signed you up for FE, your family is not new to our group, right? Who is your DD? Did you sign up for the cruiser list on our cruiser website? See page one of posts, or post 2020 (I think that's the number) for info. Questions, questions......

You can PM Lee (luveeyore) once you reach 10 posts or just have your DD PM Lee. The hard cutoff for all the FE and SM lists is Oct 15th, and Lee is the keeper of the lists

If your DD can't PM, just do more reading on the board and comment on other posts til you get to 10 so you can PM.

Skye, another reason why I don't like cats.... hope your hand recovers quick. Maybe stick it in the toaster oven. I hear that there's magical powers there (this doesn't work for the WWMC, only the Hens)

I think pinning that one pocket on the FE closed with maybe even adding a note on the outside will work with your son not sailing with you this time. Too bad he's not coming and only your daughter is....

Happy Sunday Funday!

We just got back from a quickie trip to DL this morning. We had the goal of getting the boys' pirate costumes for Halloween and of course pirate night. Mission accomplished (plus we rode HMH, watched the Billy's and checked out the amazing pumpkin carvings).

Now we just need costumes for DH and myself.

I have a question for ya'll. Does anyone else watch the Dream and Fantasy sail out of the port? DW and I usually watch ever week. We did miss them this past week-end, but you can usually find us at the computer watching them sail out and hoping the Captain will sound the horn. The Dream sails out every Sunday and Thursday and of course the Fantasy sails out every Saturday. Just wondering.

congrats on the new addition! hope you aren't too sick to enjoy the cruise. that would be my worry.

David, no, I don't watch the cruise ships leave port every weekend, although that does sound like an interesting hobby.
