Just bought our post cruise WDW park tickets!! Yay! The more money I spend...the more I want this trip to get started!!!

We are packing to move into the new house so.......the luggage has to get moved........and the clothes have to get packed and moved......you thinking what I am thinking..........Pack the cruise clothes into the luggage and all done....right

What do you all think?????

That's my Mr President of the Man Club.............always thinking. What an innovator, a man who plans for the future, a man who is always thinking ahead, a man who is ahead of the game, a man who is one step ahead of everyone else, a man who thinks for himself, a trend setter, and a renaissance man, and a down right smart thinker!!! I think this is a good plan Mr President. Pack early and you are all finished. Going to go and pull out our luggage and do the same!!!! (Now where in the world did Donna put that luggage!!)

Great idea hon, but if you pack then you won't have enough underwear left to get you through to the cruise unless you do laundry every two days.
Never mind the clothes. and the wrinkles . . .

But it was a thought.
I wish it were that easy.

Personally, I would like Genie from Aladdin to show up. One wish would be to have all the packing for the move complete. (seriously worth using a wish on that one)

Just checking in to say Hello! Still haven't caught up on the thread but hoping I can just jump in and start running... DH was curious if any of the men cruising enjoy a good cigar in the evening?? He is a casual cigar connoisseur and plans on bringing some aboard as well as picking some up in port, anyone wanting to share?? He would be honored I am sure to be a member of the "Men's Club" you have going on here LOL.

Hmmmmm ... I don't see ANYTHING there about using a pick and shovel (whistle while you work!) Maybe we can have the next Man's Club meeting at your house! I could bring this neat little thing, I think it is called a hoe. (No, my mistake, it's called a BACKhoe!) Are there 7 of us in the club yet? Because then ... We could just tell the DW's that we have to practice our digging/mining skills for the SNOW WHITE play we are putting on on the cruise! (I, of course, would be DOC).

THEN ... You would have a REAL CAVE in your backyard for a Man Cave!

AND ... It would be very politically correct "green" as it is naturally GEOTHERMIC!

Well Pam, that sounds like you got everything there he is going to need. When we put on these outfits, I just know there will be a run on the shops on board the ship by all of the men to purchase their very own "special outfits!!" We will be making a fashion statement and we will be the talk of the ship. Just you wait and see. Every man on board will be dressed like we are!!! We'll be the trend setters!!! We will be bringing in a new era of fashion for men on vacvation!!!

OK, We are getting into Orlando Friday afternoon, checking into Animal Kingdom Lodge, hitting the park and seeing MVMCP.

The boys STILL are not happy we are going to a Justin Bieber concert (front row, backstage passes) for a trip in December!

So how are you getting them to FL? Do they think the concert is in Orlando?
You might want a different cover story as I checked the internet in less than 60 seconds and there are no concerts that might match your story.

How about you are taking them to a Medieval Times event. That might get them more excited. You could leave clues like it is the state sport of Maryland
(really, jousting is the state sport)

Kevin gets to be Happy (or maybe Sleepy with all that work, but Happy describes him better)
That leaves Grumpy, Dopey, Sleepy, Sneezy and Bashful for the VP and Sarge to choose from.
The rest of the Man Club- I am not sure I know their names.

Ok, ok, ok, ok, I'm going with Bashful for me!!! As I am a little backward when it comes to opening up to people. Can't seem to make that connection, can't look them in the eye, I usually hide behind Donna when we meet someone.
Hey Skye, how about a combination of the two - Sleepy/Happy - we could call him Slappy!!! Just a suggestion. (Actually I think Sleepy works good, all that work he is doing.)

Good point, hadn't thought about it really. You're right, everyone can use the internet nowdays (especially my 12 yo, always looking up "cheats" for the various video games he is playing)

We actually fly to ATL 1st to make our connection, so they wouldn't know about Orlando until we got on the next plane. By then I know it won't be a secret anymore. For now, haven't given them a "where" yet, and it is just fun to keep saying that!

Well, it would be GREAT having everyone over to the ol' homestead. But, my backyard runs down to a pond and I'm pretty sure the hole..........er man cave would keep filling in with water. But it was a good thought there Doc!!! You sound like you are like me, always thinking. Me...................I'm always thinking of a way I can get meself out of trouble with Donna...........seems like I'm always in some sort of trouble!!!! (I don't know how I get into so much trouble!!!)

sorry I have been incommunicato for the last few days. I will be slow to answer next week as well. The nurse I am by profession has been that at home. My sister in law had surgery last week and developed an allergy to the dressing materials. So this week, I've been helping her and today we went to the doctor to have the inscision looked at. She is doing great...sleeping from the benadryl. next week my brother has a surgery consult and I see my nuerootologist(killing two birds with one stone-his consult is with the same person so we are being seen at this same time.)

I have read all the pm's and I will respond indiviually in the next few days. I have gotten requests to be added to the fe list and that is on the to do list for tomorrow.

I have gotten some questions that everyone may be asking or interested in the answers so here they are.

The FE groups will be as you have them. They will grow until they get to 20-25 families each.

People may fall off your group if their plans change(you will see a change in the next listing because of that.) Your current grouping will not change otherwise.

For those of you that want to do everyone, You may do so. That I am leaving up to the individual families.

For Secret Mickey, I am trying to assign you a family not in your FE group. The family you have will probably not be the family that has you for Secret Mickey. You will know who that is just by assignment if I make it that easy.

For those participating in Secret Mickey and FE, you may want to sign it your gifts through out the week as such as the person receiving the gifts will know it is Secret Mickey not FE gifts.

This is to all the ladies out there in DIS Board Land. I want to surprise the little DW with a gift when we first get on board the ship. You know have it in the room when we get on board. I was looking at those Dooney & Bourke purses. What do ya'll think of those. I like the Disney Cruise Line ones, but what do you think...........good choice..........overly priced.........nice but you would rather have something else..........what is your honest opinions.

On our very first Disney Cruise, I got DW the string of pearls Disney Cruise Line had at that time. She has worn those pearls on all of our cruises and she gets allot of compliments on them. She always looks at me with a big ol' smile on her face and says her hubby got them for her. Will I got to tell ya my chest swells up so big I always pop a couple of buttons off my shirt at dinner. So you better watch out a learn to duck pretty fast!!!

Sorry, but I have to agree with the ladies on this one. My DW got a DCL Dooney & Burke purse on the Med cruise last year. I would NEVER have tried to pick it out for her.

What with the various sizes, location of the pattern on the sides, not to mention some other things I can't think of right now.

However, if I do say so myself, I am VERY GOOD when it comes to picking out the jewlery. I got her the DCL Flag gold/diamond necklace on that cruise, and TOTALLY surprised her with it.

(I also designed her and my wedding bands)
