FYI, Be Our Guess Ressies opened this morning. (Hint, NWMom) From what I heard waits are long but some are grtting through. It is Disney's newest Diniing option that is it down at dinner and unique counter service during lunch. The place looks amazing. There are several dinning rooms. Onelloks like the dining room from the castle and another is suppose to look like the Library.

Next is to find a new lady to do an embroidered FE. The one I found and had been communicating with had some family/health issues, so she's bowing out of doing all embroidery work for at least a month. Not sure I want to wait til the beginning of October, when she said to check back in with her, to find out if she will do them again or not.
I know others have said that gradysmommy does them, but she doesn't do embroidery - only mickey silouette heads. Has anyone used 'ilvdisney2008' or 'magical dreams boutique' on etsy or ebay?

That is funny Skye. I thought we were the only ones who did that sort of thing. The last move we did, Donna told me we are not moving anything we don't have too. So we did exactly the same thing you and Kevin did. It does work!!! And saves time!!!

It ain't too bad.......................but I still would rather be at WDW or cruising on Disney all things being the same!!!! Work just gets in the way of having fun!!! When will this madness ever end!!!! The only saving grace is knowing this cruise is coming up soon!!! We ain't too far away now troops!!! 114 days to GO!!!

. But at the end I have 5 days with my wonderful DW and DD10 in WDW then back home and wait for DEC 5th. 
We have used "ilvdisney2008" twice and she does a great job on the FE's. She made our first one that was stolen, so I went back to her for our second one. She does embroidery them for you. She did ours and it looks great. (This time around though our FE is going to be mounted to the Fish so good, anyone trying to steal this one will have to rip the fish off the wall to get it!!!
What characters did she embroider for you? I am trying to see if she will do the Hawaiian Minnie & Mickey image I found, but because she only does licensed images she's bought, she doesn't seem overly flexible. Even tho she says that she can do over 200 images, she doesn't do Roo (for DD24) or Max (goofy's son for DDBF23) or the DVC logo. We may have to pick almost all new characters!!
Back to work...........what is back to work?????????

Linda, we didn't have her embroider any characters on our FE. She did tell me the same thing she told you about the characters. We just had our family name embroidered on the top of the FE and our given names embroidered on the pockets. The names were done in a Walt Disney script. Looks real nice. Does she have to buy the right to be able to use the images? That's what I was thinking............but then again........I'm not the brightest bulb in the lot.
David, that makes sense (just putting names). And you ARE a bright bulb b/c she said she has to buy the license to use the image.
And about having your FE taken...someone suggested to bring small zip ties to secure the FE's. And then small scissors to snip the zip tie at the end of the cruise so you can take it down.
The FE was not an expensive item, it's just the idea that someone stole it. And, I had just checked not 5 minutes earlier to see if anyone had left something in our FE. We were packing up at the end of our cruise and Donna said why don't you just go ahead and bring the FE in so we can pack it with everything else. I open the door and it's gone!!!Ugh! After all the moving you've been doing, it sure would have been nice to have you stay in the same cabin....

Well, I made the call today to change the address for the cruise so our documents would arrive to the right place. I also mentioned the cabins not being the same and asked if there was any way they could be the same cabin for both cruises.
She said since one was a GTY possibly they could not change it, but she would ask when she called over the address change.
I said well, if we don't ask the answer is no, if we did ask it might be yes.
I said it would be really magical to not have to change rooms as that work mostly falls on the mama in the group. Chit chatted mentioned I was done moving for a while.
She laughed and agreed. It took a bit of singing along with the hold music, but we now have room 5020 for both cruises!!!!!!!!!!! Port side.
No more moving for this mama.
On the moving side I am hoping to have it all done before the end of the month.

I am bringing plastic ties to secure our FE. Maybe a bicycle chain and lock, just to be on the safe side!!! Seriously, I would suggest everyone bring plastic ties to secure your FE. I would have never thought someone would steal something like that.
