December 15, 2005, 3 Night Wonder - Who's On Board?

Third time's a charm! I've had to cancel 2 previous reservations in order to book a cruise to coincide with DVC availability & comp'd airfare (not as easy as it sounds LOL).

Anyway, we've (self, DH & youngest DS) managed to secure a spot on the Wonder 3 night cruise departing December 15th.

So excited, 1st trip "home" to DVC, staying @ BWV, and our very 1st cruise. Must admit, I'm somewhat nervous - semi claustraphobic, prone to motion sickness; but, determined to enjoy this early Christmas present.

We had to drop from a Cat 7, to Cat 5 "secret porthole", to a Cat 11 in order to get the overall finances to work. Since we never cruised before, won't miss anything .

Look forward to hearing 'who's on board'. Feel free to offer any helpful hints.

Me too! I started another thread back in February ... but it looks like it's just the three of us ... might be fun having the boat to ourselves!

Welcome aboard Since there's only 3 of us going, think we have a chance of being upgraded?

Another post indicates the weather/water temp is "iffy" that time of year. I hope not, we're looking forward to CC.

My daughter (age 11) and I are going too. It will be our first cruise experience. We're following this up with 5 nights at the Polynesian.
I hope the weather is warm enough to enjoy the pool and the beach at Castaway Cay.
