December 13, 2008 Western Caribbean!! Let's get acquainted!

I am having a bad night, I can't even figure out the signature banner. Help what am i doing wrong?

I am swamped at work, that is the thing about going on vacations. You need to work extra hard in order to get away, and then catch up when you get back. Oh well, this will be well worth it. Two weeks from tonight we will be on our first night away.:cool1:

Welcome to those that have just joined. Charlie i am glad you are doing okay after your surgery. Hope your recovery is speedy so you can enjoy the trip.

I wish I had your creativity Andrea, you are amazing.

We have two puppies, they are four months old and I am getting really frustrated with the one as the potty training is not going well. I am worry about how much they will regress when we are gone.

Anyways to cruise news, our TA emailed as is express posting our documents tomorrow.:yay:

What dinner seating is everyone at? Which one is better? As well my boys are getting worried they will be out numbered by the girls.

Karen

What breed of puppies? I want another one but can't have one... I love mines to death. He is so cute and he will be six soon...:sad1:

ok now I am getting worried. You guys from RI and CA have their docs and I dont yet. Time to call DCL if none today.

According to DCL, just called, docs were mailed for our cruise on the 20th with three day service. They are trying track them to see where they are at now!

Update: mine are to be delivered today! She tracked it via UPS and they are scheduled for today.

Our Docs arrived yesterday and I have to say it was sort of anticlimactic...
I am glad DCL knows we are definitely cruising on that date, but they arrived in a padded envelope not the treasure chest (box) they use to send.

Maybe it's because they sent that other packet of info last August?
Cut backs I am sure:rolleyes:

It's great to be able to do so much online now, though. Think I will go check to see if I did that yet...:surfweb: can't remember if I could when I did excursions or not...

Hope you all are well and have a great Thanksgiving!

Marcy

Our cruise docs arrived yesterday! Woohoo!:cool1: Now I just have to get my rear in gear and get the project list completed. :rotfl2: Happy Thanksgiving, all!

They are Maltese/****zu. Two brothers. We had a Bichon/****zu that was killed this summer by a truck on our street. How come you can't get another one?

Is anyone from the Meza, Arizona area? I am looking for some info. I might be flying down to visit my parents in February.

It is one month until Christmas Day :santa:

Still getting use to the keyboard of my laptop ... managed to delete 90% of a message I wrote to post here.... now, I'll start over...

Anyway--
I wanted to say to Karen that her puppies sound super cute and was hoping she could post pictures!:3dglasses

We bought into the "little dog" thing 3 years ago after losing our beloved Sheltie. Now we have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Pom mix...
here are some pix... (not their best.. but their people aren't the best photographers... oh well!)

this is Rupert

this is Isabella... she's our shelter dog after our splurge on that pure bred! We feel balanced now!

Just to make you feel better, we still use the potty pads for Rupert! He was only 2 pounds when we got him in the fall and soon the snow fell and we just couldn't make him go out in the backyard! Brrr! He's better but not completely off the pads after 3 years!! I've heard it's the breed....:confused3
Our Pom mix is a shelter rescue... she's a gem except when she's left alone too long and wants to chew something... shoes, slippers, Legos, whatever!

Sheesh, what we put up with for the love of our dogs!!:cloud9:

I unfortunately still live in apartments and can not afford TWO pet deposits and fees....:sad2: We have hopes of getting a cinnamon toy or mini female and naming her Piper Marie. My son is Leo Rupert and he is an apricot. He is a poodle by the way, sorry! Yes, my son,. I will try and post a pic of him when I get home. I am at work right now.

Rupert! That was going to be Leo's first name but when I saw him he was SO fuzzy that he just looked like a little lion to me so I decided on Leo Rupert. Everyone thought I was strange naming him Rupert but I just loved Rupert Everett in My Best Friend's Wedding (strange, sure) so I thought it would be cute.

My mother-in-law used to breed labs and still has two so my husband was hesitant about my baby but now he loves him. I am a small dog person and living with these two labs for the past couple of months has re-affirmed my preference. My hubby still wants a husky...I just can't handle shedding and slobber and big accidents! :scared1:

Morning all!
Two weeks from today we will be landing at MCO! I am so excited!

Us too!!!:cool1: Where are you staying the night prior? We will be at the Residence Inn Cocoa Beach. We don't arrive in MCO until 11:40pm. Trying to get the earlier flight, but rates are higher.

Hello everyone,

Welcome to all the newbies. :welcome:

I picked up my docs yesterday from the TA  I can't believe we leave in 2 weeks  . I hope I am prepared, you would think 2 years is enough time to plan a cruise.:lmao:

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Lynn, will you have a rental car? I wouldn't recommend putting drinks in your checked luggage. If something were to get broke it would end up all over your clothes and possibly someone elses if it leaks. Luggage does tend to get tossed around a bit.

:surfweb: Hi,
Michele,
Do you know anyone withe the last name Musick in lakeland??
