December 12, 2013 - 3 Night Bahamian Cruise

Oh man! Hipo, Ivy, and I are raiding Micheal's Craft stores weekly with our 40% off coupons for fish exchange stuff materials. We're starting to feel like Santa's little elves. It's getting real!!!
We're thinking about booking a room (park&cruise!)at Port Canaveral the day before and going to Kennedy Space Center. Is anyone else doing that? Or is everyone pretty much staying at Disney?
P.s. Ivy STILL doesn't know!!!!!

Oh wow ivy still dosn't know :worship:

How did you decided to tell her ;)

I can imagine you now coming out of the store with binbags(think you call them trash bags) full of stuff :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

We're staying in a villa in Davenport as we leave the UK on 5th December and will be just driving to the port on the morning party:party:

We are taking our soon to be 9 year old daughter for her first Disney Cruise, it is a surprise, it will be her birthday. We usually go to WDW for a long weekend and this year decided this will be the ultimate.
What do I need to know, do, etc to make it even more special. Help!!!pixiedust:

Have you told DCL your celebrating her birthday, as they will add it to your reservation and sing happy birthday to her etc on the night as dinner. You can also get her a birthday button from guest relations, and our room host last year also made my DD a huge birthday cake out if towels which was a lovely touch :thumbsup2
