Wow! Our kids are close in age and both like Phineas & Ferb!! Sounds like a good match. My son Chris turns 6 in January, and my daughter Sophia turns 3 at the end of this month. Did you see the cool Phineas & Ferb pillowcases I had made on ebay?

LOVED those pillowcases!!! Can't let my son see them; he'd be broken hearted! Also loved your graphic from several weeks back. Is that on your magnet? My kids will love it... it looks GREAT.

Sounds like Philip (Shelebeen), Chris, Jordan (GoBison) and Jason might get along great! Perhaps with buddies they will find the Kids Club inviting. Hope so! Many of my friends on past cruises found their kids did not want to go to the kids club :scared1:.

Off to Joanns to buy Fish Extender fabric... wish me luck!

:cool1: Seeing that hallway is actually getting me more and more psyched!!!!

Anyone been on this itinerary with DCL before? We decided to forgo excursions at Cozumel and were looking to explore on our own. What can we enjoy at port by foot?

I've vacationed on Cozumel before, although it's been a few years. It's my second favorite place in the world. You can probably guess the first.

There are actually two cruise ports, north and south. IDK which one we will be using. The port is touristy. Safe. Interesting. I could spend a few hours there.

We didn't book anything in advance either. I'm just going to get a rental jeep and go to a few beaches. There is a great snorkeling park just south of the cruise terminals that is easy to drive to. We are planning on some beach time and lunch at Coconuts. Great food. Quirky atmosphere. There are some small nice Mayan ruins also.

The island is easy to drive on. Roads are good. Drivers are not as aggressive as the drivers in Chicago. Rental Jeeps are about 60$ a day and always buy the insurance in Mexico. I can better show you when we are on the boat then tell you online where to go.

Jordan is really excited. She is a fish too and loves swimming buddies. Are your kids snorkelers?

Can anyone guess where this is?

BTW....I LOVE this spot. The chairs are so comfy, it's a great quiet place to read, chill waiting for the rest of your party, etc. We've often gathered those chairs in an oval and just sat and chatted, played cards, etc. Really a great place!

I also made me really happy!

Thanks Bev!!!!!

Thanks I wasn't sure if it was deck 4 or 5. I am trying to find picture of deck 5 in my archive but have failed so far...

Deck 4 - I believe, looking down the hall towards the kids clubs. To your right is the atrium, looking at Lumiere's.

If that made you happy the this should make you delirious::cool1:

Do you think they would notice if we didn't get on the ship, and hid in the bushes until they left? That darn computer that says who didn't check back onto the ship would probably alert them!:headache:

We did this intinerary (mostly) on The Ruby Princess last January (Jamaica rather then Key West). When we were in Cozumel it was raining sideways! We did the dolphin touch at Chankanaab.. it was pretty cool! When we were there - the Magic was docked at the port closest to downtown.. the Ruby and some Carnival ships were at the new port closest to Chankanaab... although it was only a $10 cab ride downtown. We are not big fans of Cozumel.. maybe when it is sunny it would be nice...

We did LOVE Grand Cayman and are doing the same excursion (booked privately through Stingraysailing). It was wonderful. We are also going to go up to the Turtle farm afterwards. Will be stocking up on rum cakes as well.. yum! and some more flavoured rums..

We didn't stay in downtown too much. And yes, raining sideways would have impaired my memory of Cozumel also. Boy I hope the weather is nice on this cruise. There are beaches like the bahamas, that I love. Great customer service on many of them.

We are taking the Stingray City tour in Grand Cayman. Also, booked privately. Have you been out there?

Checking things off my list.....Dogs' nails trimmed, Dog shots - kennel cough, etc., 3 shirts made, suitcases out.....

It's all starting to stress me out....:lmao: Oh yeah, do we have to cook the turkey? Can't we just skip straight to the cruise? :lmao::lmao:

We've only been to Cozumel once, we weren't overly fond of it. I'd love to get off the beaten path. I think I'll need to get directions to that beach....:woohoo:
