Well, I am off to watch one of my favorite new shows of the season... does anyone else love Heroes? It took me the second episode to get into it, but we're hooked!

DH LOVES Heroes. I go to yoga Tues night and get home in the middle of it so I am jst confused. He tries to catch me up and I am like.WHAT? He can fly? and She found Him? I'm lost...

Wow, I can't believe that people are packing already! I won't start thinking about that until December. Right now I'm much more worried about Thanksgiving. We have 14 people coming here.

I've also been planning a DVC DIS meet-up which is taking place this coming Saturday, the 11th. There will be about 16 DVC DISers meeting up for lunch.

As if I'm not busy enough,I vacation planning system I've been creating, Mouse Manager, is finally, at last ready for testing. So, I'm scurrying to get the final last minute things done (documentation, etc) so that the initial testing can start this weekend. I've got a few initial testers lined up to start testing the tool. I'm hoping for a launch in the spring. Mouse Manager will be freeware, and will be available for both the Mac and Windows.

Mouse Manager is a complete vacation planning and management tool that is targeted at DVC owners and non-owners. For DVC owners it offers a complete points tracking and management module. For all WDW enthusiasts it offers complete vacation planning and management tools, right down to being able to create a customized packing list database and created customized lists. It has been a lot of work, and months in the making.

Now if all that wasn't enough, I'm training to be a Weight Watcher's meeting leader. Next week, I lead my first meeting solo.

Of course there's also the podcast.

Oh, yes, and somehow, during all of this, I still do go to work everyday.

Whew!!!!!

So, I think right around December 1st I'll start thinking about packing for the cruise.

I think Ian should be voted the new overachiever of the 12/10 thread!

I have put a curse on myself. I went to the doctor today because I havent been feeling up to par and had shortness of breath. He did a lug xray and bloodwork. I came home with an antibiotic(10 days), prednisone(which I hate, for 12 days), albuterol, and cough medicine for night. I just hate this!!! I cant stand to take medicine. I dont feel sick other than my breathing. I have officially finished Christie for Christmas. If I am lucky enough to get the Playstation 3 for Howard on November 17, I will be through with him. I dont have much left to do. The stores that presold the Playstation 3 had people camping for a day and some two days. I refuse. I will get him a Gift certificate for it. I hope I can get one at sams the day they start selling them. I can get in early with our business account.

Better to have it now than next month! Hope you are feeling better soon. DD6 has been having the same trouble. She's on preventative antibiotics now because I didn't want to take any chances. Our Pediatrician is an infectious disease specialist and doesn't usually give antibiotics unless there s a serious need. She just can't keep the sinus infections from recurring and she was diagnosed with Asthma too-so she's having a heck of a time breathing with all that muck...

On our door decorations, I decided I was going to do a wreath with my mickey heads. Should I laminate them indivually that I can do at home or should I tape the wreath together and carry it to kinkos? What would you do? I think I have enough. I may have to go get some more.

I'm borrowing your idea if you don't mind! I laminated the whole thing at school this morning and it came out nice! I also made little mickey head berries to put on it for decoration.

hey all, well two interviews today and one tomorrow
I loved my first interview, it went well but i know i do not have the experience they would want, but who knows, it is a lot of responsibility but i so hope i get it.

The other job is somepleace where i worked previously and it pays more and i have no hard feeling but i am in love with the first place i interviewed but it is God's hands and he will put me where i am needed and where he wants me to be.

Shawn-You sound like a very talented person-I'm hoping you get an offer from both and you get to choose where you want to go.

Andrea - OMG!!! It is so adorable. I am going to have to show Christie as soon as she gets home. She had started on something for William and I. It is the famous mickey and minnie kissing. She put the same screen saver on my telephone on our anniversary. She may be changing it some. That is too cute. William and I was suppose to take our first cruise on our tenth anniversary but I was pregnant with Christie!!!! Thats ok though we are getting our cruise for our Twentieth.

I had so many plans this week but our secretary is sick. I had to tenth of the month bills and now payroll. YUCK YUCK YUCK I am not in my comfort zone doing it and check it about fifteen times. It takes me forever. On top of that, my medicine one is making me restless at night and the prednisone gives me the jitters. Last night I started to take the cough syrup because it has something to help me sleep but I chickened out. Even though he gave it to me, I am so wired that I feel like an addict and to take more doesnt seem right. I got up this morning 2 hours early because I couldnt sleep and cleaned out my cabinets. And on top of all of that we are celebrating Christies birthday tomorrow with her five little girlfriends with a sleepover. With my medication I should have no problem keeping up with them!

We are determined to get our decorations done this weekend. I am looking for a stamp out to make my mickey heads smaller for the decorations on my wreath. I got the colored mickey heads for that!!

I am going to take sweaters to go with my dinner clothes. I remember it being kind of cool in the evening on the ship, especially out on deck.

Joe and I were talking about packing last night. I don't think I will start until right before we leave because I would hate to pack a bunch of warm weather stuff only to have to unpack and repack at the last minute with sweaters and jeans. I am just hope-hope-hoping that we will have great weather while we are there!

That is how we are going to pack too. I remember our first cruise, it was for our honeymoon. We packed WAY too much!! Definately didn't need a lot of clothes!

We now have that packing thing down to a science, plus I love those travel bags that you push the air out of and it compresses your clothes. They are wonderful!! You can find them at a walgreens, cvs, etc... They save us from bringing those extra pieces of luggage.

Andrea - Christie loved it. The guys at our house are going to youth hunt this weekend and we have Christies birthday celebration Friday and then we are going to knock out our decorations. Maybe even our shirts. We have high hopes anyway!!!!

Nanc - I hate having to ask you this but did I mail you your bracelets? The reason I ask is because I found the envelope today and your address label was on the desk. I am losing it. I would have sworn I did. Just let me know because I have all the components ready!!!!!

If anyone needs bracelets or extras please just let me know. I am carrying the leftovers with us and figured on the last night of the cruise I would give them to the other little ones on the ship until I run out just for a keepsake.

Today is November 10, so that means one month from today it will be 6:46 am in Florida, i will be up with the girls, probably giving them breakfast at the hotel, then just sitting around waiting to leave for the port at 10 am or so, and then we cruise.

Did anyone get the kids anything special for the trip. I got Ash, Lex and Sasha disney bags with their names on them, they are pink and so cute, also the girls wanted to wear camouflage outfits the day of boarding so they aoll have those outfits as well. I love the bags tough they make really great carry on's for the kids.

A few days ago I realized that this weekend and next are the last real opportunities I will have to get things done before we leave. I about panicked! Anyone else starting to feel the squeeeeeeeze?
