Dec or Mar

Hi all...I always visit WDW in the first week of March but have never been in the month of December. Would it be worth it to move up our plans? Please consider weather, crowds, attractions etc...

We made our first winter trip last year....having been in spring and summer previously. We loved WDW in December so much so that we are headed back this December. We were there the week leading up to Christmas day last year and found the crowds to be not so bad. All of the added Christmas decorations make everything seem like a whole new experience. The weather the week were there was great...I don't think it rained on us all week...sometimes it would get a little chilly but at others the highs were in the low 80's....Awesome. Hope this info helps your decision making.

We are HABITUAL December visitors! I've never been in March, so I can't compare....all I can say is there is NOTHING quite like the holiday season at Disney World!

Another vote for Dec....I have always gone during the first week of December and think it is awesome time to visit. The weather is cool (and sometimes can be a little too cool for us Californians) and the best part is the the normally oppressive Florida humidity, is comfortably low. The crowds are great...I don't think I have ever waited more that 30-45 mins in stand-by line in December...and even that is rare...usually no more than 15 mins. The holiday decorations are great, and even the prices are lower (until the week before Christmas)...I guess what I am saying is that I agree with everyone so far...Early December is the time to go!!!...Oh yeah...and hurricane season is OVER.

I agree I have been in both March and Dec. December by far was the better trip. Cooler and way less crowded.
