We are on this cruise too! It is my Birthday too this will be my 5th DCL and 34 cruise. We just did the PC I am also waiting on DCL for the rest of 2012. We own DVC too we have a small contract at Kidani might add on on this cruise.

Just booked our second cruise for December 4th. We went in Dec. 06. It is just me (Dan) and DW (Sue). We will be driving down from Ohio and probally spending a couple of days after the cruise at SSR and driving back on the
11th and 12th.

It's official! We'll be joining you all on December 4th! Who are we? Me, my hubby, his parents, and my mom. This is his parents first ever cruise so we're determined to make it a great experience.

We will mostly likely be flying down from Maryland and staying near the port the night before. The current plan is to stay for an extra day at WDW once we disembark. Can't wait! Can't wait!

we have been dvc members since 98. We usually stay at okw. Just got back from there in feb and we go every dec. We have done 4 member cruises and will be doing this years member cruise.

WE HAVE DONE A COUPLE DISNEY CRUISES IN DEC. WE HAVE LUCKED OUT WITH THE WEATHER BUT IT CAN BE COOLER EVEN ON THE ISLANDS. THE ONE TIME WE SAILED AND WENT TO CC THE WATER TEMP WAS A LOT COOLER THAN IT IS IN SEPT WHEN WE DO THE MEMBER CRUISE. ITS LIKE BATH WATER IN SEPT. ONLY ONCE HAVE WE HAD ROUGH SEAS BUT THAT WAS THE LAST NIGHT WHILE HEADING UP TO PORT CANAVERAL. WE HAD WIND IN THE ATLANTIC THERE. 15 FOot WAVES, JUST A LITTLE CLANKING OF COAT HANGERS AS FAR AS THE MEMBER CRUISE, IF YOU HAVENT DONE ONE YOU SHOULD. YOU NEED EXTRA BAG FOR THE SMALL GIFTS. THEY ARE THEMED EACH TIME. THEY BRING ON SPECIAL GUESTS. ONE YEAR THE BROUGHT ON THE 3 LEADING LADIES FROM THEIR BROADWAY MUSICALS TO SING. YOU CAN MEET AND TALK WITH THEM AT THE POOL OR WHERE EVER YOU RUN INTO THEM. WE HAD THE PLEASURE OF HAVING LUNCH ON SERENITY BAY WITH REAL VINCE PAPALYA(bad spelling) FROM THE MOVIE INVINCIBLE. WE GOT TO SEE THE FIRST SCREENING OF THE NEW SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS AND BEAUTY AND THE BEAST ON TOP OF THE SHIP. MET BILL FARMER THE REAL VOICE OF GOOFY. THE CRUISE SELLS OUT IN ABOUT 5 HOURS

FE IS SHORT FOR FISH EXTENDER

THAT WAS OUR DOOR, THE FE IS AT THE SIDE. WHO EVER SIGNS UP FOR FE GETS A LIST OF EVERYONE WHO SIGNS UP. YOU BRING SOMETHING MAADE OR BOUGHT FOR EACH PERSON ON THE LIST. SOMETHING VERY INEXPENSIVE. A DOLLAR OR 2. MAYBE SOMETHING FROM WHERE YOUR FROM. EXAMPLE, WE LIVE IN NIAGARA ON THE LAKE CANADA. WE BROUGHT SOMETHING WITH CANADA ON IT. SOME PEOPLE BRING FRIDGE MAGNETS ETC. SOMETIME DURING THE CRUISE YOU GO AROUND AND PUT THEM IN THE FE HANGING BY THE DOOR OF THEIR CABINS. IF YOU LOOK AT THE THREADS THEIR IS USUALLY A THREAD ABOUT FEs FOR EXAMPLES OF WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. I THINK ITS ONLY DONE ON DISNEY CRUISES.

This cruise will be my 4th DCL cruise and the 1st part of my B2B on the Dream---I'll be on-board with 3 friends in 2 verandah cabins and I'm moving to an inside cabin for my 3-night---I am so curious about the virtual port-hole and I'll have a different friend join me for that. My poor husband Tom won't be going on a DCL cruise until Oct 2012 Eastern on the Fantasy for our anniv.

I would love to be a part of the FE group! It is soooo much fun! I went on the first-ever 5 night double dip in 2008 and went on the Panama Canal cruise this past January and those had over 120 FE cabins!

We live just north of Annapolis but alas, I don't eat anything from the sea:-(

welcome to the group! Wow 120 cabins!!!i thought we had a lot on our member cruise with 24 cabins. Did they have it as one big group? So far this cruise has 6 cabins but someone posted early on here before i decided to run the fe. They mentioned they had 29 people. I hope they get back to me to confirm. This thread may get busier as time goes on.

First time cruiser on this trip. DH, DS and I are doing WDW first. My DS will be celebrating his 5th b-day on 12/6.

Not sure about doing the FE exchange...not sure how organized I will be closer to the trip. However I am going to get a FE and update later.

Hello everyone! We will be joining you on this sailing! We were originally booked for the 9/11 sailing but my nephew had to go and set his wedding date for that time, the nerve! I just changed our ressie today so it is official!!

Our family consists of DH (Sam), myself (Julia) and DD (Tessa) who will be 21 months old at the time of the cruise. This will be DD's 1st cruise of course! We need to get her Disneyed at an early age! LOL! DH's 2nd cruise, the first being our honeymoon 16 yrs ago (RCCL) and my 6th. It will be my first time on DCL, but was once on The Big Red Boat version of Disney. We are so excited for it to finally get here! Oh, and I will be celebrating my birthday, which is on Dec 3...that still counts, right?!

We would love to join the FE for sure!!

Oh, we will be only staying one night pre cruise near the port. The said wedding we are going to in Sept is in LA, so we will be doing Disneyland on that trip!

Had some changes in these last few hours. Hawaii had a cabin open op so I got one and then canceled our Magic cruise and rebooked the Dream for my birthday!
