Hmmmm.... any other crafty cruisers coming along?

I am totally crafty as long as Pinterest directs me to a step by step guide for what I'm trying to craft I seriously don't have a creative bone in my body but if you break it down for me step by step, I can copy it pretty well lol

I'm crafty, but not in the knitting or crochet way. My MIL has tried multiple times to teach me...no go.

What do you do? Mom and I have a HUGE assortment of crafts we're into.

I'm dabble in a bit of everything. Right now it's paper crafting and something else I'm doing for the FE, so it's a secret. I've also done silk floral work, candles, scrapbooking. I just get ideas sometime and try stuff out. I'm in the process of trying to put some of my creations up on Etsy to make some $.

IVE ALWAYS BEEN aRTSEE FARTSEE I ORIGINALLY WANTED TO BE a cOmmERCIAL aRTIST LIKE DARRIN STEPHANS ON BEWITCHED. I ENDED UP TAKING GRAPHIC ARTS COURSE TO BECOME A GRAPHIC ARTIST IN TORONTO. IVE ALWaYS LIKE CREATING THINGS. THATS ONE OF THE REASONS I WaS sO INTERESTED IN WALT DISNEY THE MAN. WHEN I GO TO WDW I SPEND OURS LOOKING AT THE WORK THE IMAGINEERS HAVE DONE AND THE WHYs AND HOWs. WELL IM MAKING A SHORT STORY LONG LIKE I USUALLY DO IVE TRIED MANY THINGS. PHOTOGRAPHY, STAINED GLASS. PEN AND INK ETC. LIKE USUAL IM MAKING A SHORT STORY LONG

Your work area looks a lot like mine, except I haven't even managed to put up shelving...I have lots of plastic boxes. Your story sounds like mine...I wanted to be an art major in college, but my parents were paying my way, and that wasn't one of the options they were willing to pay for!

Like you, I'm interested in the "art" of Walt Disney World, and in Walt as an artist.

I'm a seamstress, knitter, crocheter, jewelry maker, computer artist, photographer, etc. I collect computer fonts...I have over 100,000, I think, including a few of my own creations. I handle the graphic design needs for my office (in addition, of course, to my regular responsibilities). We have a summer concert series which involves all kinds of posters and stuff which are lots of fun to do!

We are booking this cruise, it will be our fourth, and I wondered if the FE list is closed? We had a great time doing this on our last cruise and want to participate again.

IM LEAVING THIS UP TO ALL INVOLVED. WE JUST LOST 1 CABIN WITH 5 PEOPLE. IM OK WITH REPLACING THEM WITH DIANA STEVE AND EMILY. EVERYONE THAT AGREES PLEASE REPLY EITHER ON HERE OR EMAIL ME OR POST ME. I WILL SEND THEM A LIST OF THE CABINS THAT GIVE THE THUMBS UP. WE ALSO HAVENT HEARD FROM MICKEYBELLA TOO.

Definitely can relate. My stuff tends to wander about the house but I'm getting better keeping supplies not in use wrangled in their room.

You sounds a lot like mom and I. Mom is the true fiber fiend though. If it's fiber related, she can do it. Weave, spin, crochet, knit, felt (hand and machine), dye, etc... She's spooky with that stuff. Me, I've got the knitting down but the other stuff doesn't like me. I can rock some beadwork and I've dabbled in silversmithing. But if we're talking cooking, that's my territory!
