I did it...canceled Hoop and also LeCellier CP pkg since we are going with D23, however, did add Prime Time Cafe!

-- get schedule more streamlined - almost!

-- order Photopass
I even got a card early & registered that.

-- double-check on rental car
rebooked my car & saved $44!

-- online check-in for POP for later half of stay (on Dec 1)

-- double-check condo


So, doing pretty good...just have to pack (ACK!) and double-check on the condo reservation and then do online booking for my POP stay during Magic & Merriment.

I've been trying to work out my schedule to know what the holy heck I'm doing.

For the first few days, is an event called "Reunion 2010" hosted by WDW Today podcast. They have meets & other events all during the day and even some ADRs.

A few other podcasts/website are also hosting a few meets like AllEars and TouringPlans.

I've had alot of my plans on PlanCast as well; remember I will be on my Twitter account as well.

I also upgraded my Env Touch to a Droid 2; while it's a fancy-pants phone, I've lost Mobile Magic Disney application, but did gain TouringPlans.com Lines application.

12/3, Friday
-arriving in morning, pick up car
-Epcot, to attend several events with "Reunion 2010"
-Private event at the former "Wonders of Life Pavilion" for lunch
-Dinner at Teppan Edo

-go back to condo to check-in
-maybe Downtown Disney?


12/4, Saturday
-AllEars Meet at 8:30am
-More "Reunion 2010" events
-Dinner at Boma?

-don't know what going to do after dinner ?


12/5, Sunday
-Boardwalk Bakery Meet, morning
-AK for a Hidden Mickey Hunt

-go to DTD for a Babycakes NYC meet or to AKL for a podcast meet ??

-Dinner at O'Hana

-AllEars VIP/Private Illuminations party

I need to schedule in appropriate park times, of course. As well as to get to Celebration, to see it again as well as take the Segway tour that I had bought for the October trip.

I think I decided against going to Universal ?? I really have to check what they do and what's going on within PotterLand.

Don't want to hijack yourthread with my schedule, lol, but I'm also going to be at DHS on the 10th, and possible MK on the 12th (that's kind of up in the air, plus if there's a problem with our party earlier in the week, I'd attend that one.) We'll both be tweeting, so hopefully we'll figure it out!

If I knew that I would be coming again in December (didn't decide until about a month ago), I think I would have signed up for D23 just so I could go to that event. I remember how cool it was from you last year, and the castle suite.

I did hear about that. but I have a voucher that I have to use and the place is very pretty. It's a big area, so I'm not surethe section I'm going to, is in the same area. ?
