I did hear about that. but I have a voucher that I have to use and the place is very pretty. It's a big area, so I'm not surethe section I'm going to, is in the same area. ?

I'm not sure what section it is. I always thought Celebration had a creepy vibe to it, very Stepford, and with that added to it...not a place I'd really care to visit anytime soon. But to each their own and if you do go, enjoy.

But think of places we go to all the time, or even live, and the murders there. I wouldn;t NOT got to NYC just because they have murders there. I think they are making a big deal out of it because it's Disney connected, but honestly it can happen anywhere, and I don't think this place should be so highlighted because it is Disney related.

Thats true, but the town is VERY young as well. Amd I right that it is only like 15 years old? Or something like that. LOL! Glad they got him

True but NYC is a huge city. It's tough to compare it to a little town in Florida. When there's a murder anywhere in a quiet, seemingly perfect town it's always a shock. That being said, before this happened, I had no interest in going there anyway! I don't know, it's like the Truman Show to me.

So sorry that I did not update this with the trip reports for October and December!

I really did have that on my "To-Do List during Holiday Shutdown" but it never made it. It went by sooo fast.

I WILL do it but the timeline has been extended since I'm still involved with Estate stuff and it just zaps my energy.

UPDATE: in the meantime, while I work on TRs = I was able to experience it!

I think this is the schedule...with a little "wing it" time included....

For the first few days, is an event called "Reunion 2010" hosted by WDW Today podcast. They have meets & other events all during the day and they even some ADRs.

A few other podcasts/website are also hosting a few meets like AllEars and TouringPlans.

I've had alot of my plans on PlanCast as well; remember I will be on my Twitter account as well. Oh! I was also be Gowalla'ing and maybe FourSquaring... I'm usually MyMuse18 or MyMuse on those services...

-Private event at the former "Wonders of Life Pavilion" for lunch
-Dinner at Hacienda in Mexico

-go back to condo to check-in
-maybe Downtown Disney? sleep? sleep!

12/4, Saturday
Hollywood Studios
-AllEars Meet at Rosie's, 8:30am
-More "Reunion 2010" events from 10-6pm (well, I actually ditched a few since a few of us split off... )
-Dinner at Boma? changed to Brown Derby

12/5, Sunday
-Boardwalk Bakery Meet, morning (skip??) yup
-AK for a Hidden Mickey Hunt at 1pm skipped
-go to DTD for a Babycakes NYC meet at 4pm
-Dinner at O'Hana? skipped
-AllEars VIP/Private Illuminations party, Epcot

-Kona Cafe goodbye breakfast skipped since not planned by Reunion, plus it was a particularly hard day for me, so I just took an easy

-Celebration/Shopping/Resort Decor ?? nope, went to MK
-ADR at Whispering Canyon Cafe for a late dinner I forgot!

-went to Downtown Disney instead, that's why I completely forgot about my ADR!

12/8, Wednesday
Winging it....
Celebration/Shopping/Resorts....

I do believe I spent the day with my BFF in FL and my goddaughter

-ADR at Yak & Yeti, AK for lunch

-ADR at Tutto Italia, Epcot for dinner cancelled it; I went to MVMCP with my BFF in FL and goddaughter instead


12/10, Friday
-Check out of condo, check-in to POP

-ADR at Prime Time for late lunch, Hollywood Studios

-Registration begins for Magic & Merriment
One Man's Dream private viewing plus screening of Archiving the Archives

12/11, Saturday to all
Presentations at Odyssey Center, Epcot, morning
Free time, all afternoon
ADR at Chefs de France (not D23)
Candlelight Processional
transported by private coach to HS
Dinner & Dessert at Indiana Jones Theater
Private Viewing of Osborne Lights w/presentation
Return to Epcot

12/12, Sunday to all
Brunch at Top of the World Lounge, Contemporary Resort
Cinderella Castle Suite Tour!!!
MVMCP with private hospitality aboard Liberty Belle
Reserved viewing for Christmastime Parade

We finally got a trip planned...YAY!
We are going to fly down on March 30 and go to Port Canaveral for the night...THEN...3 nights on the new Disney Dream! After that we are doing 1 night at Pop and going to Mk for late night EMH's and the 2 nights at REsidence Inn near Sea World and hitting Sea World and Epcot on those days. I can't wait. It seems like forever since we have been down there!

May 11 - 22 for Destination D & Star Wars weekend!

I did not do a PTR for it at all and still have to get in gear to do a TR for October & December. I feel horribly guilty for not getting it done.
