The ships used to sell a Captain Mickey antenna topper. My silly self didn't buy one when I cruised. I had a friend check the Wonder for me and they had none! Kelly, Nan, Brenda and Aisling...could you ladies please remember to check the shops and see if the Magic still has them???

I'm getting the feeling that a few of you are so excited for vacation that your brains have turned to mush and thought if I told *all* of you of my request, someone might remember to look for me

I pack all the trip/family necessities, toiletries and my stuff at least a week or two ahead..

That is so totally us. Then I spend the whole trip asking for stuff I think she didn't pack. I have yet to stump her.

Hey - for those going to the DVC merry mixer I thought it was at Epcot at the entrance to the International Gateway (which I thought was what seperated FW and WS) but its near the Beach Club is it? I'm totally lost at where it is.

Hey Anjelica,

It is outside Epcot's international gateway. Walk towards the Beach Club, you will see a big tent, can't miss it. They will have signs out as well, you will need your DVC card.

Just listen for Rus yelling my name.

You've got yourself a stylish lady there...it takes alot of luggage for her to look her gorgeous self for you for almost two whole weeks ya know...

besides that, I am not an over packer, I am an organized packer.

...both of these stop just short of where the tent will be...

if you are in the park, go out thru the turnstiles at the gateway and walk about 25 feet. It'll be *really* easy to find. (Esp if Artie and Rus are already there

He's very organized and doesn't have to fiddle around with his clothes to decide what to pack. He does it logically, not emotionally (think Tuvok, his role model, after James Madison of course lol.) But he does pack a lot of clothes. Stylish girl meets stylish boy=Lou and Chad.

I change my mind a hundred times on what I'm wearing. I'm glad he doesn't take after me, but Jesse does!

We have our bags all packed and weighed, 3 carry ons and 3 checked (49.5 lbs each). I think I'm going to go back and take out a bunch of crap I don't need to see if I can lighten them up so we can bring a few souvies home.

That implies that mom isn't going to be drinking with us, WRONG!!!! She will be there with her magarita in hand , maybe we can sit on her lap oh no...MOM CAN definitely stay with Margarita in hand(s)....we just need to borrow her chair...have you ever carried a 6'5" guy?????
Got Mom mostly packed yesterday, still need a pair of new fancy shoes for her and a couple of shirts, but I think I'm going to not bother on the shirts and buy while travelling for her to wear.

I have the kids stuff started on the couch, need to find a few things that are MIA for them. How can my kids lose their clothes in their own house????

SOOOOO i finally found some pirate garb today - skirt & blouse on ebay - YES today...i can ONLY hope they will get it to me by tuesday (both are being sent to office - that's our last day there)....hoping i have enough accessories here to jazz it up...or may need to make a quick trip to target altho i was just there today & didn't even think about that....

MUCH MUCH too cold......we had snow on the foothills tuesday morning....it was still high 30's when i went over so missed it all..but a coworker who comes about 45 mins after i do drove thru it....and it dusted the peaks most of the day....but it's been getting into low mid-60s for the afternoons...still looking forward to WARM caribbean weather!!

Got a call from DCL last night confirming our REAS package, she changed our Palo to Jan 1 just in case Brenda can't add us to hers.

The girl was very helpful and excited for us that we have so many staterooms linked, if she was a taste of things to come we are going to have a great trip.
