I use one of these on my desk.

I'd be so lost without one. It was one of the first things I grabbed from our house when the tree fell on it and we had to spend 7+ weeks in a hotel. Budgeting is all in Word though.
I can't have digital calendars because I need a visual reminder. As if the 79 reminders in my phone are not enough.![]()
I find writing things down makes me remember more than if I type it in. I also like crossing things off or checking a box that it's done. Just not as satisfying to do it on a computer or my phone.

). so I end up with a small year at a glance just above eye level. I use post it page flags to to mark months with reminders of upcoming things that I don't need on my regular calendar-kind of a running 'to-do' list (Sirius renewal, estimated tax payment months, subscription renewals, when to scheduale HVAC/generator yearly servicing...)-it's my quick 'year at a glance'.
