Debt Consolidation

I am looking to consolidate my cc bills. Received offer in the mail today from First National Bank of Omaha to get a debt consolidation loan. Anybody ever heard of this bank or used this company for debt consolidation. Would appreciate any help

While I have never gotten a loan from them, I do have a credit card and a savings account (through their online division). We have been with them for several years and have had no problems.

We are going through a dept consalidation right now. We chose Clearpoint credit counseling solutions. We would highly recommend them. We had a lot of debt and they help with reducing the interest rates. We have only 11 months to go and we are debt free. Well except the mortgage. We are getting so excited. Not sure if there is a office close to you but, if there is, the consultation is free. It would be worth you time to go in a talk with them.
Good luck. It's not easy. But, it is so freeing to see the debt amount going down every statement. Hope it helps.

No advice here, just wishes of Good Luck. My deceased husband and I made a decision when we got married to not have credit cards, then in 07 we found it necessary to rent a car to go to Disney so we got a secured cc, that is the only card we have only had and I was so glad of that when he died. So I wish you only the best in getting out of debt and having great times with your family debt free.

While I have no advice on debt consolidation, I can vouch for the bank. They are a large bank in Omaha--never have an any issues with them.
