Debary, FL

I just found my dream house on the internet. It is in Debary, Fl. From what I can find on the web it is about 30 min from both Orlando and Daytona. Can anyone familiar with the area tell me anything about it. I have little kids so im obviously concerned with the schools. Also, I am a nurse so I need info about area hospitals. Whatever anyone can tell me to give me a feel for the area would be great!

Don't know about Debary, but in general, if you stray too far from the city around here, you run into areas overrun with rednecks. I'm on the eastern outskirts of Orlando, and our clinic tends to get infiltrated with Bithlonians (redneck heaven).
