I LOVE CHRISTMAS TOO! I'm thinking about putting my little tree up already......this might be a little too soon.....

Jumping onto your PTR. We're 104 days out, so we'll be down at the same time! But we're doing Pop!

We seem to have a lot in common. I've always felt like an older person in a young person's body. I love reading, sewing, baking, crocheting, and floral design (I make ribbon rose wedding flowers). Well and of course DISNEY!!!!

Glad you got the resort you wanted.

I'll tell you. I've been to Disney about 24 times in my life... I haven't been in 5 years. I'm 23, so you do the math on that one. Christmas at the world is like no other time. Yes, the waits for things can be a bit longer, but it is simple spectacular. The atmosphere and the Disney Magic at Christmas time just can't compare to anything else you've seen before.

I was just talking the other day about how I feel like I am an old lady in a young persons body! I'm slowly finding out that I'm not the only one! There should be a club! And 24 trips! JEALOUS! And YAY for being there at the same time! Great minds (and old souls) think alike!

Well everyone, we're in double digits now. This should be a happy, exciting day but its not. That whole set back with my job (cutting of hours and random days off) really set me back on my trip and even though I got my new one, other expenses keep popping up. This is crunch time and I'm going to work my butt off to get myself to Disney. I refuse to think that my trip could not happen just because of a mean boss. I will keep you all updated with how things are going and if unfortunately I have to cancel, you all will be the first to know. (and the most understanding of how devastating it would be) But for now, keep me in your thoughts. This is a very sad post for me but I hope I find a way to work this all out.


Excuse my pity party. All of you are just the only ones who actually understand. This is more than just a vacation to me....okay...the pity party is over now.

I basically told my boss that I was taking off for Disney since I'm the only one who works as many hours as he does. And I almost never take off! Plus he expects me to cover his hours the week after Christmas lol!

I don't think so - we're in Disney proper the 15th-20th but we have a couple travel days and family visitation days bookending the trip! It did remind me to start my PTR (I've been procrastinating for ages!) finally!

Everyone was telling me this, and I just got off the phone with Disney and made a payment and in a few short weeks WE'LL BE TOTALLY PAID OFF! (As long as these next few weeks go by with no major catastrophe that needs mega bucks) man lets hope not!
