Dear Santa, I'd like a Disney Trip for Christmas! - TR started!

You are correct! I just renewed my membership to touring plans and there are days the parks are open clear up to 4am!:scared1: I had no idea!

I know! I never thought I'd be able to go and stay in a park that long. I'm not really sure what the point of keeping the park open SO late is (I'm sure there are only negligible amounts of guests between 1 and 3AM), but I'm not going to argue it! I definitely would never, ever want to work closing on one of those days. But visiting and closing out the park on that day? Probably one of the more awesome things available to do :goodvibes

Yeah we could never stay at MK until 4am with a 1 year old, but at least we don't have to worry about the park closing early. I am a little worried though that because of the extended park hours at MK on the 19th that the crowd levels might be insane. We plan on visiting MK that park and I really hope they don't close it for capacity reasons before we make it to the park that day ;)

Hello! Only 23...

here's a link to Disney park hours...

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/calendars/

It is easy to use and read.

I am excited about the park being open until 3, but I am also a bit nervous that means Disney has more hotel rooms booked!

In the summer, we go back to the resort and take a nap from 7 to 10pm and then head back to close down MK...it is super exciting for my girls!

I didn't book any early breakfasts, so the change in times won't impact us. Other than getting even less sleep!

Have a great Thanksgiving.

I'll be at Walmart tonight around 8pm to camp for 10pm items, while DH camps for midnight items. :lmao::rotfl2:

After the midnight items are up for grabs, we'll hit the check-out, go home, and vow to never leave the house for as long as we live. :lmao::lmao:

hahaha...I saw walmart has a 3 dollar waffle maker....I want it! :rotfl2:

Nope! Partly because we don't get paid until after Black Friday and partly because I'm way too lazy. And we don't know how long we be in Colorado (versus Florida or Pennsylvania) so I don't want to accumulate too much stuff!

Okay, and maybe I'm a little bit scared of all the people. ;)

I love black friday shopping! But I wont get paid again till NEXT Friday. So I'm not spending money until then. Boo for black friday party pooper bosses. hahaha

Oh man! Now I have to go back and add that to the list! :scared1:

I went through the ad only 3894176308163821648 times. :headache:

:rotfl2: I will be forever jealous if you land yourself a 3 dollar waffle maker!

We got our Mickey mail today so yours should be there soon (if not already! Pennsylvania is closer to Florida than Colorado :))! The luggage tags are as awkward as I had read and now we just have to try and not lose everything :rotfl:

Well Thanksgiving is over and now we can all get FULLY into the Christmas spirit! :santa: We have 19 days until Disney and we can start decorating for Christmas! LIGHTS, LIGHTS, LIGHTS! :woohoo:

Anyway, I tested out my camera's and after seeing the the results I decided I really dont need a new one. Even though I'd absolutely LOVE to have a new one...so I'll show you my results and you can tell me what you think.

First is my camera that Pat got me for our first Christmas together...back in 2008 I think? Yeah. Anyway I really wanted to have a touch screen camera and so he got me one. It takes really good photo's and I've been in love with it since I first laid eyes on it...excuse the scratches...

And here's a photo from this camera...

And here is my silver camera that my aunt gave me...its waterproof and such.

And here is photo's from this one.

I think between my two cameras I'll be fine for Disney! What do you think?

And I realized my one camera can do panoramic photo's, which I've never tried before. I need to practice...its not that good....but I tried...

I'll need to practice these kind. Not so great. I guess that's a kind of photo you should have a tripod for or something.

And those tree photo's were taken literally minutes from each other...one's light...and one's dark. :confused3

So I'll be decorating and such soon. Hope everyone had a nice holiday and has fun getting ready for the next! :goodvibes

Next Post!

Pics look great. I like the lighting in the first set better. I think you will get some nice shots. It looks like you have a good eye and that's what you need for good day time shots. Night shots are another story. Good eye or not, it can be hard to get the camera to cooperate.

Thanks to one of your readers for posting that site with the Epcot story teller information. I just posted it in mine so I can find it easier and print out some of the information!!!!

Thank you! I like the first set better. That camera takes a very nice photo. And I'm very worried about night shots. To be honest I've been trying to practice as often as possible. :rotfl:

And yes, I've come to realize I have very helpful and informative readers! :rotfl2: They've given me SOOO much of the information I have!

I totally did NOT score any $3 waffle makers. :lmao:

I could, however, paid $20 cash to the guy who snatched them all up. But that defeated the purpose of getting something cheap. :sad2:

I did score a sewing machine... and the kids are here, so I can't say what else I got. :lmao: (DD is on the couch next to me, and I'd hate for her to look over and be like "I'm getting that??!! :woohoo: YAY!") But all the waffle makers were gone before 10pm and my priority was the sewing machine. There was some rioting over the appliances (not just waffle makers) and it was NUTS! So, I didn't even attempt to head that direction.

WOW that's crazy! I would cause a riot for a $3 waffle maker! :rotfl2:

Woo Hoo on a sewing machine! :woohoo: What are you going to make first?
