November 20th both will start sales and both say they will have Disney and Wicked items. I don't know what they will specifically have, but if there's something on your list you've had your eye on this might a good time to grab it.

Am I the only one who uses these sales as a way to stock up on normal items? Like big boxes of snacks, OTC meds, supplements, household products, and the like? I may get myself a book or something else I have been eyeing, but mostly it is to save money on the things I NEED.

This is what we do, too! If it's not something we'd normally get, we need to have a really good reason (gift, usually).

This is exactly what I do. I will go one step further. Although I have prime I choose no rush shipping to
get the digital credits. I use for their black friday/cyber pricing on streaming subscriptions.

When Amazon has these flash deals I find their pricing very competitive. Discover card also has 5x this quarter for them.

along the same lines-i use Halloween sales to purchase snack sized treats I like b/c it allows for portion control/longer freshness (though it's also the only time of year I can find one particular candy bar dh likes sold as snack size).

I do the stock-up thing too! I also opt for the shipping day I can get credit for plus I use Bing points and get Amazon cards with them. I have almost enough posts for another $10 card so I'll have $40 to play with before spending any of my own money.
