Last year we rented a villa directly through the owner and we had no problems. We decided to rent the same home again this year and the owners have again been great to work with.
This year I´m also looking to booking a townhouse in Regal Palms and have once again started the process by e-mailing the owner directly (I found the house on vrbo). He (the owner) has been great so far. He has answered all my questions quickly and has given us an extremely good rate for this house.
I e-mailed him yesterday to ask for a new quote if I was to book the house for 2 weeks instead of one as originally planned. I just recieved an e-mail with yet another fantastic offer. 2 weeks in a 3 bedroom townhouse for $1125 including taxes and resort fees.
It´s almost too good to be true. Should I worry? What are my chances on something going wrong?
I´m hoping it´s because of the economy and that he´s just kind of desperate.
