Tarragon Chicken Here it is but be sure your careful with this is deadly delicious. 2Tbs Butter 1Tbs Olive oil 4 Skinless boneless chicken breasts 3/4Cup Dry white wine 2tsp Dijon Mustard 1tsp dried tarragon 1/2tsp Salt 1/4 tsp pepper 3/4cup whipping cream In a large skillet, melt butter in oil over medium heat;add chicken. Cook, turning once about 4 minutes on each side remove chicken and set aside. add wine to pan and bring to a boil scraping up brown bits from bottom of pan with a wooden spoon. stir in mustard tarragon and salt and pepper to taste whisk in crream boil until mixture thickens slightly. about 3 minutes return chicken to pan turning in sauce to coat simmer 5 to 10 minutes until chicken is tender serve on a platter topped with sauce.
