Could be. Could also be some kind of freak accident... but sounds tragic in any case.

Click Orlando reports natural causes which could be heart attack or pre-existing condition. People die suddenly every day unfortunately. As nytimez says it's tragic regardless.

Sadly, this kind of thing happens every once in a while. My friend had a Cast Member in her location complain about feeling ill, so the managers sent her home. Security found her dead in her car that night, still in the parking lot.

She told me that the managers were extra vigilant about anyone that said they felt ill after that experience. It's sad, but it happens. My heart goes out to her and her family.
