OO ME! ME! I think there was some hidden emotion when kissing jack.
i really do think she wants him. esp. with the compass said that TWICE
*once on the Pearl; the other on the sand when looking for the treasure chest*

I LOVED Jack in this movie. I honestly didn't find him annoying nor did i find him to goofy.

Well, when the compass was pointing at Jack on the sand, it was because she was right on top of the chest, so it was sort of a coincidence. But definitely not on the Pearl. That time was real.

Eh, I guess I'm alone about Jack. I still loved him, it was a very small observation.

The whole thing with the cannibals on the island had me near enough rotfl!
And the big sequence with the cages and the music! i laughed for ages!

and omg i am so mad that elizabeth kissed jack, that got me sooo mad, and after all the time that will had been looking for her.

I know that started 2 tick me off even if it was a joke. Also when she acted like her n Will weren't even gonna get married soon. I didn't like this one as much as the 1st but it was still good. I probally should've watched the 1st one before I went to see it b/c I was kinda confused but it was still a good movie. I was kinda sqeemish though.

Since spoiler is in the title of this thread, I feel no need to start this post off with "Spoiler". (I suppose I just did... )

When Jack was rowing off to shore, and when he looked at his compass...it is clear to the audience the needle pointed towards the ship.

The compass shows the holder the direction to what he/she wants most. What do you think Jack wanted most...to save Will, Elizabeth and the rest of the crew? Was it because he was curious of being a good man? Or was it Elizabeth?

Jack calls Elizabeth a pirate. He doesn't show any sign of fear...he almost shows pride. Could that indicate Elizabeth's "turning point"? Notice how at the end she also agreed to, "sail to the ends of the Earth and beyond".

Will saw her kiss Jack, he doesn't know why she did it. I predict conflict between them and no marriage.

Will still promised his father he wouldn't forget about him. That scene was made evident as Will repeated it a few times. The audience isn't supposed to forget that. What will happen there?

The heart is now at the East India Trading Company...what is that guy planning to do with the heart? Does he succeed?

Barbossa is now captain of the Wicked Winch...how will that fare?

LOL and a thoughtless, and a possibly pointless issue...the dog is at Pelegosto Island and is considered a God now! How cute is that!? (in some aspects...if one was NOT to think of what they do to the ones considered Gods...lol)

So many questions (I didn't nearly touch upon all of them). They can't really expect me to wait contently for next year, can they?? lol

I predict Elizabeth will end up with Jack and become a co-captain of the Black Pearl. I predict Will will be with his father (father -- in a normal state of apperance lol)

And Davey Jones will be defeated and the oceans will be safe. (The heart will be stabbed).

ETA: Keira gets to kiss Orlando AND Johnny...

ETA: I laughed up a storm at many parts. Of which included the bone cage competition. Just too funny. 6 people can climb up faster...

that was like.. the best part of the movie.

But i'm so curious to see who Elizabeth will really choose.
Jack or Will. I figured out that she wanted Jack because of the compass.

i didn't know the movie was gonna end in a cliffhanger so at the end when the movie abruptly stopped,
Lauren (my friend) and i were like,
WHHHAAA?!
You CAN'T end a movie like that!!!!!

but out of 5 stars? a definite 7

My Friend and i literally sat there for 5 minutes with our jaws on the ground after the movie ended I agree, you can't end amovie like that. I CAN"T for #3!

OMG. just got back from seeing it. OMG.

I was not prepared for that ending. As soon as that girl said that they needed a captain and you saw the boots walking down, I was like 'no, it cant be...' and then POOF. there's barbossa. WOAH. lol

My favorite scene was by far the 3-way fight scene between Jack, Will, and Norrington. <333 the wheel thingy. and Elizabeth 'fainting' (Oh, the heat!)

You shoulda seen my friends and me freaking out during Elizabeth and Jack's kiss, especially when Will saw. OMG. lol and I can't believe she actually did that to him!

OH- and the mini-scene after the credits... I <333 the dog. hehehe!

can't believe that we have to wait almost a full YEAR for the next sequel. ughhh.

I actually loved the movie I saw it yesterday. I liked when Jack Sparrow walked away and said "Don't touch my dirt" I thought he was very hott! It was funny when the women brought out the jar of dirt and gave it to him. He was like a jar of dirt what is this for and she sad if you dont want it give it back and he curled it against his chest and said no i want it. Great movie and i can't wiat for the third one.

I jsut saw it

I had a basic idea of what that compass was for. I thought it maybe pointed to what you needed or what you wanted, and then the movie confirmed it. (my reasoning, it pointed somehwere else for every person who held it in the first one. seriously. go watch it again)

The cliffhanger I should have seen coming. I was expecting a pirate. just not that pirate.

and the quote that will go down in infamy. "I've got a jar of dirt! I've got a jar of dirt! Guess whats inside!!" the whole theatre was laughing

About the compass and jack and elizabeth. "Jack wants to be a normal person. Elizabeth wants to be a pirate". nice idea. but I don't think so. She was surrounded by pirates. and it pointed to jack. which I found interesting. and elizabeth was sitting on the heart, so there is really no proof it ever pointed towards her.

Elizabeth is a pirate. whether she likes it or not. and jack is a good man. He is a good man fighting with cowardice and cruelty, btu it is a disney movie, and we all know whos gonna win.

and the name of the next movie is "at worlds end"

well i have not seen the movie but i will be seeing it some time next week and i thought the first one was great and i abousolutley (sp) loved the first one. and johnny depp is wicked funny and he plays such a great roll in the movie. i like worship him and i love him soo much and he is very very HOT he is like my husband lol i will always love him lol
