I hope someone can answer this question for me. There's an Buy it Now auction for something I want to buy. They are only $5.50 each but they have 30 items. If I buy 10 of them so my amount to pay would be $55.00 can I use the C23-giftguide to receive $50 off or since each item is only $5.50 will it not let me use it? I don't want to buy 10 if I can't get the discount.

I don't see how you could use C23 for $50 off? Maybe C22 for $5 off, if the seller sends you a combined invoice, which I'm sure they will. Good luck!

Each code will only work on ONE auction. I won 2 items from the same seller. The seller combined shipping and the code was taken off the higher item. The other item didn't qualify for the other codes.

It didn't work then. The discount is deducted from your total immediately.

Well, it looks weird! It shows the credited amount, but the total taken from my Paypal account is still the full amount!?

It is a little wierd how PayPal shows the code discount, but you did get it. Yes, they paid the full amount from your PayPal account to the seller, but they only charged you the net amount.

I carry a zero balance in my PayPal account. I just purchase a $199 item ($224 with shipping) and used the 10% discount. I paid from my bank account. Sooo.........while PayPal shows that I sent the seller $224 from my PayPal account, only $204 came out of may bank account and the other $20 was the 10% discount coupon. So in the end I only paid out $204, even though the seller received $224.

Does that make any sense?

If you carry a PayPal balance I'd imagine your total balance was only reduced by the amount net of the discount.

These are still working great, I just used the C11-GIFTGUIDE code & got 10% off a Toy Story pull string Woody for my Son (yes he STILL adores that Movie! )

The first couple times I tried it it didn't work, because you have to type it EXACTLY as shown, including the dash in the middle.

I think that means that YOU used the code already. I believe you can only use each code once.
