DD's bday and evening dining at Epcot?

I could use some help in finding a nice restaurant to go to the night we are at Epcot. It will be dd's 6th bday. I want somewhere that they will do something special for her day. Also, my husband is a vegetarian. I think I have it narrowed down to two restaurants but want some opinions. We are thinking of either doing the Garden Grill (does anyone know if they have a vegetarian option?) or Alfedo's since my dd loves pasta. I was hoping to get her a cake or a special dessert.
