If I am on the deluxe dining package and wanted to eat @ the Yatchsman can you use your lunch and dinner credits for that day on that? or does it have to be two dinner credits. Thanks

You won't get lunch and dinner credits. On the deluxe plan you will get a pool of meal credits equal to the number of nights you stay - 3 credits per night. For example, if you stay 5 nights and you get 3 meal credits per night, you will have a pool of 15 meal credits. Multiply that by the number of people you have on your reservation (2 adults would have 30 adult meal credits for the length of stay). You can use those credits any day, any time, or any way you want. (except for the limitation that you may not order more meals on credits in one transaction than you have persons on your reservation). If you went to Yachtsman, it would cost you two meal credits per person from your pool of credits. There is no distinction between meals - the same credits can be used for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, guest's choice.
