Is it possible to do the dinning plan when 2 out of 3 people in your party have annual passes? Sorry if this has already been covered but was unable to find a thread.

Everyone in the room must buy a park ticket. They all must buy the same park ticket.

The good thing is you can all buy a one day base ticket. When you get there the non-APer can upgrade their ticket to whatever they want.

The AP holders can keep there 1 day ticket (Unused One day tickets don't expire) for a future trip, or to use as credit toward their next AP renewal

Yes you just have to do a package as PP stated. You can't get a room only AP rate and dining but you can still get the package.Just make sure they don't use their oneday pass or have it removed from the KTTK keycard and put it away.

Another option is rent points from a DVC member . They can add DDP and it's not linked to a package.This way the APers don't have to do the one day and the non-APer can get a discounted ticket from Undecover or another place.
