Here's a quick question...sorry if it has been answered time and again. I don't want to do anything dishonest here so I am not necessarily asking if it's possible...rather if it breaks a rule/contract.

Years ago, I bought my 6 year old daughter a ticket to WDW and we haven't used it yet. If I were to book a free dining package, can I just put my wife and I on the reservation, get the free dining for the 2 of us and just buy meals for my 6 year old? (seeing as she already has a ticket and stays in our room for free anyway) :confused3

Thanks DISers!!

She will not have a room key and will not be elidgable for extra magic hour without a resort I'd beyond that it is against the rules.

possible ...yes but not allowed. also no ME if flying in since she would not be on room as well as emh, pool priv depending on what resort...

Here's what I was told by Disney....
They said "You have to put her on your reservation...BUT...when you reserve, buy everyone 2 day tickets. THEN...when you get down there, upgrade your 2 adult tickets to 7 day tickets and let your daughter use the tickets that she already has after her 2 day ticket expires. That way everything is perfectly legal and legitimate".

SO...while it will not save us quite as much money, that's the way we'll do it. (She'll also have free dining that way as well)

That sounds like a good plan.

was going to tell you what seen you now have posted so that daughter will then be on same as you

If you will not be using Magical Express, you can add your DD onto your reservation when you check in and have it set the way you wanted (using the thicket you ahve and no dining plan).
