is there a list of table dining that are 2 credits? its just someone said to me today that a few of my booking may be 2 credits

Narcoosees
California Grill
Artist Point
Jiko
Yachtsman Steakhouse
Flying Fish
Le Cellier for dinner (starting March 1, 2011)

and the three dinner shows:
Hoop de Doo Revue
Spirit of Aloha
Mickey's Backyard Barbecue
