If I have 4 different confirmation numbers, does that mean I have 4 different reservations and could pick and choose the days I want to do the DDP?

HUH? Are you saying you have 4 days booked that are not linked?

If they are linked (meaning you don't have to move) then they are considered one continuous reservation. If you have to move to a different location then they are separate. I had a linked reservation last year as I pieced together a reservation and filled the holes with a waitlist, but after it was done it ended up being a 12 night stay at BWV and they linked the 5 different numbers together. When I bought the DDP it was for a 12 night stay. I guess it all depends whether you want to check out and check in. If you haven't linked your reservation, you should call MS and make sure it gets taken care of.

Ugh! :confused3

I hate calling MS, it's so confusing! When I called the other day to ask a seperate question, I was told that my last two days on the waitlist just came through! I said great! She gave me two additional reservation numbers (to add to the other two I already had). I confirmed with her that I had all four nights at BCV, she said yes. I asked her if she could link the reservation so I could stay in the same room and she said she would. But I wasn't given any other confirmation numbers and when I look at the reservation online it's all day by day with seperate reservation numbers.

So are ya'll telling me that because I have 4 seperate numbers that my reservation isn't linked and I will have to change rooms every day?

not at all - you'll just have to make another call to MS to confirm that they are linked and if not get them linked.

I'd also get the reps name and ask for a final confirmation number that shows they are linked.

If they are unlinked, you can pick and choose the DDP days you want.

In our case, we are heading to AKV on a monday, SSR on tuesday, VB on wednesday and HHI on thursday before heading home. We took the DDP for the first night, at AKV, but not SSR on tues, no probs.

Since you are staying at different resorts each day, you can pick and choose the WDW days you want DDP (as most know, neither VB or HHI offer it).

That usually isn't possible if your reservations are for the same resort and same unit size/type.

To the OP: If you are staying in the same resort, same type of room, your reservations undoubtedly will be linked and considered one reservation. So you will have to either do or not do the DDP.
