I been searching for this answer b/c I had just realized that BOG FP does not include cupcake as a dessert option for kids. So pretty much there is NO dessert option for kids at all at BOG? You can only substitute a cookie or fruit as a side. If I am understanding correctly. My question is, is BOG FP the only QS that does this? Or do other QS not offer desserts for kids? I leave in two days so any help will be appreciated :)

Ps I did find out that I can use my snack credit for the cupcakes, I will probably be doing this.

wow that's crazy, but I would just use snack credit or pay for it if they really wanted one.

Most kids QS meals are unfortunately like this. I've found, though, that you can often share some of the adult desserts since they are so large. The cupcakes in many places are enormous! I also found that I was happy to skip it here and there and eat my daughters grapes and give her my cheesecake. Desserts twice a day for a week is sort of overwhelming

Or definitely use a snack credit! Often it's a good value for a dessert item at $4-5.

Wow. All Ears has this wrong then. They list cupcakes on the kids menu. I thought this was the one QS that DD6 wouldn't just get a cookie. I'll probably just get her one because these cupcakes are tiny and I really want to try the strawberry one.

At most places with a children's menu they are limited to the choices that are actually listed on the children's menu. This doesn't include BOG, which lists a cookie and applesauce, not cupcakes. Although some have reported they've had success ordering cupcakes as their child's dessert.

Most of the kids menus have the entree, drink and then you get a selection of two "sides," one of which will count as dessert. They have a list of options which usually include packaged fruit or veg, maybe yogurt, and most likely a cookie or ice cream. (Note that most of them will not actually list french fries as a choice, but if the place serves fries you can ask for them.)

There are a few places, like Sunshine Seasons, where the kids can choose the same desserts adults get to choose from.

Thank you for your guys help! I was at BOG on Tuesday and just paid oop for cupcakes. But we were stuffed that my kids left most of it haha.
