DDP "Punch" card?

Pardon my ignorance if this is not the right forum. I know I saw somewhere here on the Disboards that someone will create "punch" cards for the DDP so you can keep track of how many TS, CS, and snack credits you have used. Problem is, now I can't find the thread with it! I thought I looked at the Disboutiquers thread but don't recall finding it again there.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
