I have never heard anything that indicated that the Dining Plan was available in Disneyland Paris.

If you stay at a Disneyland Resort hotel at Disneyland Resort Paris you can buy what they call a "Meal Plan". When you book your hotel you automatically get your breakfast and park tickets included. The added "Meal Plan" includes the following:

Adult = 1 starter, 1 main course, 1 dessert, 50cl mineral water, 1 coffee.
Child (3/11 years old) = 1 main course, 1 dessert, 1 soft drink 25cl.

Ok, so now i know it is Meal Plan, I have had a look at i can not find any reasion to use this.

Thanks for all of you help.

I have just fould this throw, witch look OK

Unlike WDW, Disneyland Resort Paris is in the middle of nowhere. There are not any "I-Drive" restaurants so you're stuck with the on-site restaurants. The Meal Plan tickets allow you to eat in the hotel restaurants (not too sure if they've extended it to the Parks) at a price less than you would pay at the table. Remember, you'll be in France. Food in France is expensive and coupled with the "Disney effect" this causes the prices to be even higher.

Better still you could just catch the train from Disney Village and have lunch in Paris which is a great experience.
