DDP for room only ressie?

We are traveling this Thursday with another family to VWL. 2 bedroom villa
They were booked for our first night ( we are getting in around 11pm) so for the first night we will have 2 rooms at WL.
My question is we have the dining plan for the nights we are at VWL. Can I add the dining plan to the first night so we have the plan on our last day?

You won't really need it for the first day if you are getting in at 11 pm. The next morning when you check into VWL, you will get your room key and be able to start enjoying the DDP right away, so you're covered for breakfast, or whatever you like. The DDP is available to you up until midnight on the night you check out of VWL, so depending on your departure time, you will also have that day to use your DDP credits.

But the answer is, you must book a package with at least a one day ticket to get the DDP at a Disney Resort. So this may not work for you. For DVC resorts, you only need tell MS ahead of time in order to purchase the DDP. (no ticket requirment needed)

Our last day we are leaving late in the evening, so we would need the plan for that day. so it's 3 nights ( 3 day of meal plan) but 4 full days in parks.

No afraid not, as stated unless you book the DDP with a DVC points reservation, you have to purchase a package, which includes rack rate room and tickets.

Plus I'm not sure it's even available for 1 night stays. Anyone know?
