DDP Cost?

I know the DDP is $38.99 pp, but is there tax on that? If so does anyone know what the exact per day per person amount is?

The cost of the DDP was reduced by $1 starting in 2008, so the total per adult is $37.99 and $9.99 per child. Tax is included.
