DDP Calculation Spreadsheet?

I have an awesome spreadsheet that I got from someone here that compares the DDP costs to paying OOP. It was developed by someone called "I'mnotthatKevin" (not sure if that is the dis name). Does anyone know what I am talking about?

My copy was updated in Feb of 2013 and I wondered if there is a more up to date version. Anyone know?
