If we were to stay at Corondo Springs and on DDP how difficult is it to use at the Peper Market there? It looks like the food court is somewhat confusing and different than your usual food court.

Pepper Market is treated as a counter service meal, on DDP.

You can get the same type of food, entree, dessert and drink as other counter service locations (in fact, Pepper Market has more food selections than normal).

It's not difficult. On the menu boards everything on the dining plan has the DDP symbol. The problem we encountered was with snack credits. They weren't allowing some things as snack credits (such as a bagel) and people were getting ticked off because it was really random items. CM's would argue with the guests, managers would come out and attempt to explain. It lasted for about a day and then they must have had too many complaints and changed it. Left me a little sour about their food court.
I found other Disney hotel food courts much easier to navigate and much more user-friendly.

We really liked Pepper Market when we stayed at CSR. The food was good, fresh, and the portions were huge. When you get there, make sure you grab a "ticket". It will then be stamped with all the items that you ordered and that is what the cashier will use to ring you. Other than that, I didn't find it confusing at all, and there are plenty of CM's there to help if need be.

The only thing that we found not included on the DDP was some specialty desserts. They are clearly marked as not included. Everything else was fine.
