DDP and Epcot Food & Wine

There must be the answers somewhere on this board but cant find it.

At Food and Wine for this year, can you use 1 QS credit for 3 items at the Food and Wine kiosks? (can only find posts from last year)

Also general questions RE DDP (not at Food & Wine)

1. Can a dessert be substituted for soup?
2. At Pepper Marker, is the gratuity still included when using 1 QS credit?

F&W hasn't started yet, so it's still subject to change. But probably. Keep in mind that if you trade a QS for snacks, all 3 snacks must be redeemed in a single transaction.

1. Sometimes. At a QS, a dessert can be swapped for anything with the Snack label on the menu. At TS, it is at the discretion of the eatery, and not all eateries allow swaps of dessert for soup/side salad/fruit, and those that do have specific items that are not on the menu that are the swaps.

2. Pepper Market's gone to a more normal QS model now. Yes.
