Just an add-on: My dh forgot to order ours. Grrrr!!! (His only jobs were to order the PAP's and DDE card!) So...I ordered it on the Friday afternoon before we arrived at WDW the next day. When we went to Epcot to collect our passes and card, the CM at the ticket window thought she was helping us when she sent us to Guest Services INSIDE the park. She said the line would be shorter there. Well, it wasn't...AND we had to get our DDE letter at the Guest Services OUTSIDE the park. Still, it didn't take long.
