DDE - Trails End and Beaches & Cream?

Is the DDE discount the same at Trails End as it is at Beaches & Cream?
Good on table service but not on take out?

On my listing from the DDE, there is no disclaimer on Trail's End., so I would assume you can use it on take out.

This list says it's current as of December, 2004.
