DDE Not Charged Yet

I ordered (and received my confirmation email) on January 15. My fiance checked his credit card and the DDE hasn't been charged yet. I know that it takes 6 weeks to receive the card, but does that include processing time as well? I wasn't asked for any type of AP information when the card was ordered and I'm getting nervous that it wasn't processed due to the lack of an AP number on the order.

I read on a previous thread that DDE is VERY backed up. I believe they are beginning to processes cards for around the time frame you called.

I ordered Jan 5 th not having to give an AP # and my credit card was not charged until 3 weeks later. The cards just came this week. You may want to call to check it out.

We emailed all of our information to Rosa Flores and my fiance called and left his credit card number on her voicemail. We received a confirmation email the next business day.
