DDE cards - much faster

Ordered my DDE card on July 1st, got it in the mail today. So that is just a touch over 2 weeks.

WOW! that is good news to hear. This is a good time to order one, especially since your renewal time will be in a slower time of year. I do wonder how many people will be renewing vs waiting and getting another new card. (I would think renewing would be faster.)

We ordered ours around the 27th of June and recieved it today! We leave Friday so it's perfect timing.

We ordered ours on July 7th....haven't gotten it yet....maybe on Monday!

We got ours in about three weeks.

I ordered our DDE card yesterday, so I'm sure that it will be here when we return from our trip. We leave on 8/2. The CM told me that they would have a temporary card at Epcot Guest Relations waiting for me.

It would be cool to get it before we left though.

For those of you who have ordered and received your cards recently, how are the expiration dates working? Are they still 13 months? I'm trying to figure out how long to wait to order mine if we are leaving Oct. 15, but I want to be able to use it again in Oct. 2006...

Maybe I should hold off ordering ours the first week of August for our upcoming middle of the month October trip until the first week in September.

I ordered mine July 1st and the expire 7/31/06. I ordered them early for my upcoming October trip because of all the long waits I had read. The CM told me that it would be there in 2 weeks and I should wait. I opted not to just in case it did take them longer.

I am only going to use it this year Oct and Dec as I won't be back down again until Dec 06 so it didn't matter to me if I ordered it to early.

I have the exact same dilemma. If I order it October 1st, I know it won't arrive in time.

I ordered ours on July 11th, and I`m hoping that when we receive it, (or if we have to pick up a temp. @ Epcot,), that it will have an Aug. `06 expiration date , I told the Rep. that we were leaving the first week in Aug., and she said if we didn`t receive the cards before then, we`d have a temp. waiting @ epcot.
Hope we get it before we leave though !!
