DDE Card Where and How to get????

This is probably on the board somewhere, but I am having trouble finding any info on it. Where and how do you get the DDE card. We are looking to do that instead of DDP. We are buying Annual passes this trip. I am not sure if that is a requirement too. Any info appreciated.

You must have an AP to purchase the DDE (or be a Florida resident). You can purchase it at Guest Relations ($60 for AP holder) when you are purchasing your AP or trading in an AP voucher for your AP.

You have to be an AP holder or Florida Resident to get the DDE. It's $60 for AP holders and you can get it when you get your AP. You can go to any Theme Park Ticket Windows or Guest Services location including the ones at Downtown Disney.

That is so nice they changed that. Last year we had to go to EC to pick it up and we were not going to EC that day.....so we took the Monorail over from MK to get it.
