DDE Card Sent Federal Express

Since I had not recieved my DDE card that I ordered in early January, I called DDE and inquired as to when I might expect it to arrive. I found out they are extremely backed up, and had only processed my order last week!

Rosa was extremely helpful, and had my card rushed, since we are leaving in three days! When she received it at WDW, she had it sent to me Federal Express. If any of you are in a similar situation, (six weeks after your order) call DDE...you will find Rosa to be extremely hepful.

You really didn't need the card..they could have emailed you a letter which works just as well.

I know that the paper email works just as well, I just think the cards are easier to carry around. I would rather hand the server a DDE card, with my credit card, rather than a folded peice of paper.
DDE did promise arrival of the cards within six weeks, (which they are no longer commiting to) and I am very happy that their customer service department did deliver the cards to me within the time period originally specified. Rosa offered to send these cards Federal Express, I did not request for her to do so.

Disney's customer service is truly the best!!! I love the Disney CM's.

When she received it at WDW, she had it sent to me Federal Express.

Odd, my envelope was metered in Allentown PA, not FL. Now I wonder where the cards are manufactured? And if they are generally mailed in PA, why route them through WDW?

I got my card this week and I ordered about the time this first came up. It came regular mail. YEAH!!!

Rosa did tell me the cards were made in Pennsylvania. I'm not sure why she had them sent from PA to FL and then finally to me. Possibly so that she could have them sent to my resort when I arrived, or have the option to Fed Ex to NY. She was really so helpful and accomodating.

I'm just so happy to have received them!

I got my card in the UK yesterday, we ordered the first week in January (I think)
